In his quest for the Seven Dragon Balls, Gokû has to face the wicked organization of the Red Ribbon Army.

General Blue...	... has no mercy for his ennemy.

Gokû will succeed to defeat the general Blue as well as Tao Pai. He finally destroyedthe organization thanks to his efficient training! Three years later, Gokû takes part again at the Tenka Ichi Budokaï competition, but he loose in the final against Ten Shin Han and he will be once again in the second position.
